We have a full refund policy in the event that your guide or instructor is forced to cancel due to weather, and no alternative date is suitable
All equipment is provided however we do recommend bringing your own climbing shoes (for climbing) and walking/hiking shoes/boots (for hiking) if possible, as they are such personal items.
As a general rule we do not guarantee transport availability due to the variety of locations. Some tours will include transport, others may be an additional fee - chat with us to help you arrange the best solution!
Yes. We have up-to date public liability insurance as well as operators permits where required.
Absolutely! Each guide or instructor is certified in their specialist skills and registered with the dept. of Tourism where needed.
