Full refunds for cancellation due to weather where alternative activities or dates were not mutually agreeable
- Cancellations are accepted 21 days before the scheduled activity
- 50% Cancellation within 21 days of activity (subject to 3rd party deposits)
- Refunds may take up to 21 days to process
