Coaching - Sport Climbing

Build your confidence to push your limits on rock, with a course tailored to your needs and ability. This course is available to introduce you to, or level up your sport climbing skill set and knowledge. Move from climbing in the gym to heading outdoors.

Single-day and weekend-away options aimed at coaching progression to climbers already well versed in sport cragging.

Seasoned Climbers:
Improve your efficiency and technical skillset This includes:

  • Projecting a Route
  • Movement Efficiency
  • Movement skill set across different styles (vertical vs. overhanging climbs)
  • Mental preparation - Breaking your climbing plateau and pushing into harder grades


  • Min 2 people
  • Max 6 per instructor/coach
  • Equipment if needed
  • Transport if needed
  • Permits where required
  • Camping

For the weekend option

  • Non-Camping Accommodation
  • Food and Drink

What to bring:

  • Comfortable gym wear and hiking/running shoes
  • A fleece/pullover
  • A water bottle and some energy snacks, sunscreen.
